All lamps come with a 180-day warranty for faults due to defective materials or workmanship as noted in the specific product description. The warranty commences from the day of purchase. We will handle that warranty for you, with ease, should the need arise.
Certain products sold are accompanied with a manufacturer warranty where applicable, please contact us for details.
The warranty is void if the product has been damaged by the customer, modified, unassembled or reassembled in any way.
Requesting a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA)
This process initiates a refund, exchange, or begins the warranty process. Please fill RMA Form online, your return request will be processed for you by our customer service staff. Most RMAs are processed within 2 business day. Once an RMA number is given it remains valid for 10 business days. If the RMA is not responded to within this timeframe, the RMA will be closed and a new one must be initiated.
